The 32-story development houses the 278-room Aloft Austin Downtown and 144-room Element Austin Downtown. In addition, there is Caroline, an on-site restaurant, coffeehouse and bakery, as well as Upstairs at Caroline, an urban setting complete with a bar.
The property is proximate to the Austin Convention Center, the University of Texas at Austin campus and the Texas State Capitol Building. The dual-brand shares amenities including an oversized 24-hour fitness center and nearly 1,380 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space. Free WiFi is available throughout.
