GREENVILLE, SC—Waramaug LS Hotels, LLC has purchased the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville Airport.
The hotel is comprised of 83 rooms and suites, and is located between Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport and the city of Greenville. Waramaug will initiate a comprehensive refurbishment to reflect updated brand standards, and has retained Interstate Hotels & Resorts to operate the hotel.
“Greenville and Spartanburg counties continue to transform into a headquarters and manufacturing center that has lured a variety of companies to invest heavily in the area,” stated Paul Stern, principal, Waramaug LS Hotels, LLC. “We see strong upside in this asset following renovation and a sustained marketing program.”
The property draws business from many Fortune 500 companies, universities, and numerous leisure activities. Its expanding demand base consists of companies including BMW, Michelin North America, Fluor Corporation and General Electric.
The acquisition was arranged by The Ehmer Group.
