Vision Hospitality Group Plans its First Dual-Branded Hotel

CHATTANOOGA, TN—Vision Hospitality Group Inc. plans to develop the dual-branded Home2 Suites & Tru by Hilton Atlanta/Kennesaw. The property, which is anticipated to open in spring 2018, expands Vision’s footprint in the metro-Atlanta area to nine hotels in operation or development.

The 170-room, four-story hotel will offer an outdoor saltwater pool, a state-of-the-art Precor equipped fitness center as well as a 24-hour business center.

The property will be located in Kennesaw, GA in close proximity to Town Center Mall, Kennesaw State University and a plethora of dining options.

The property is part of Vision’s pipeline of 19 premium-branded hotels in development. The hotel will be the company’s first dual-branded property and is the company’s second Tru by Hilton brand in development. Vision’s Tru by Hilton Atlanta/McDonough was the first to break ground in the United States and is slated to open in summer 2017.
