NASHVILLE, TN—Uniguest has appointed Joseph P. Morgan Jr. as CEO, effective July 6.
Morgan served as president and CEO of The Standard Register Company, a publicly traded company with revenues approaching $1 billion, since January 2009. He was responsible for the transformation of the printing giant to an integrated communications company leveraging both technology and innovation to develop a market-focused strategy. Morgan also served on the board of directors and held a number of community and charitable leadership positions during his tenure with the company.
He joined The Standard Register Company as president and CEO of its SMARTworks strategic business unit, and subsequently held the positions of chief technology officer, EVP and general manager of the On Demand Solutions Group, and EVP and COO of the company. Morgan previously served as president at eflatbed.com; president and chairman of Sony Chemical Corporation of America; and held executive positions at FLEXcon.
Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA; a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute; and an MBA from Clark University in Worcester.
