Two Management Firms Add Dallas Hotels to Portfolios

Two hospitality management companies have recently added properties in Dallas to their portfolios.

Crescent Now Managing Dallas Delta Hotel
The Delta Hotel Dallas Allen is now being managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts.

The hotel is connected to Watters Creek Convention Center, featuring more than 79,000 sq. ft. of conference space, including 40,000 sq. ft. of exhibit hall space, a 12,000-sq.-ft. ballroom and another 18,000 sq. ft. across 18 meeting and exhibit rooms.

On-site at the hotel, amenities include a fitness center and a patio with a heated pool and fire pits. Guestrooms and suites feature workspaces, free bottled water and high-speed WiFi. The hotel’s Texas Canyon Kitchen is currently open for large private groups.

Crescent expects the upcoming PGA Byron Nelson Golf Tournament to draw guests to the hotel, with TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney nearby.

Aimbridge to Manage Dallas Hampton
Aimbridge Hospitality has been awarded the management of the 101-room Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Richardson by owner Armadale Capital.

Located in the heart of the Telecom Corridor, the hotel is close to major tech companies including Ericsson, Samsung and Texas Instruments. Additionally, the property is located near The Eisemann Center for Performing Arts and Sherrill Park Golf Course.

Amenities include free breakfast, free WiFi, an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, business center, digital keys and meeting rooms.
