Cambria Hotel Orlando Airport
Cambria Hotels, an upscale brand franchised by Choice Hotels International Inc., has opened its fourth property this year, the Cambria Hotel Orlando Airport in Orlando, FL.
The five-story, 108-room hotel joins the other 2021 openings—Cambria Hotel Fort Lauderdale Beach, Cambria Hotel Rock Hill—University Center and Cambria Hotel Washington DC Capitol Riverfront—as the brand continues to add new locations throughout the U.S. in top-tier markets. Cambria Hotels is set to open two more airport-area hotels this year in Austin, TX, and Nashville, TN.
The property is less than two miles from the Orlando International Airport and offers amenities such as an outdoor pool and patio with views of the nearby wetland conservation area; multi-purpose indoor and outdoor spaces; on-site dining featuring freshly made food, local craft beer, wine and specialty cocktails, now also including to-go options; and a fitness center.
Hilton Garden Inn Grapevine at Silverlake Crossings
NewcrestImage has added the Hilton Garden Inn Grapevine at Silverlake Crossings in Grapevine, TX, to its portfolio. The six-floor hotel is located in SilverLake Crossings, a 52-acre multi-use community two miles from DFW Airport and midway between Dallas and Fort Worth.
The 152-room property is the company’s third tri-branded hotel as it joins the immediately adjacent dual-branded property—a 181-room Courtyard by Marriott and a 120-suite TowneSuites by Marriott —that has operated since December 2013.
Amenities include a 24-hour business center with remote printing; a fitness center; on-site laundry facilities; a 24-hour grab-and-go shop; and multiple dining options, including the Vine 52 lobby bar and restaurant.
Hyatt House Davis
Owned by Presidio Companies, Hyatt House Davis has opened in Davis, CA. The hotel is located less than two miles from UC Davis and just over a mile from downtown Davis.
The property offers 118 guestrooms, including 72 apartment-style Kitchen Suites with fully equipped kitchens and living rooms. Amenities include free WiFi throughout hotel; The Commons lounge and the Outdoor Commons, which includes an outdoor fire pit and BBQ; the daily Complimentary Morning Spread hot breakfast; the H BAR, which features the Sip + Snack Menu; the 24-hour H Market; a 24-hour gym; and Gathering Rooms with more than 640 sq. ft. of flexible meeting spaces.
Four Points by Sheraton Appleton
Regal Hospitality Inc. has opened the Four Points by Sheraton Appleton in Appleton, WI. The 80-room property is Regal’s fourth hotel in the region. Guestrooms include a workspace, refrigerator and microwave. The lobby features a vaulted ceiling, a fireplace and a mural gallery depicting Appleton’s history. The hotel participates in the brand’s Best Brews dining program featuring regionally inspired food and beverage.
