NEW YORK—Trump SoHo debuted a new in-room dining menu that features international offerings, gluten-free and vegetarian options, as well as locally inspired items, all created by Executive Chef Desmond Lim.
The 16-page in-room dining menu is available 24 hours a day.
Chef Lim incorporates ingredients grown on the hotel’s rooftop garden and offers a wide variety of items that appeal to the hotel’s international guests. For example, breakfast meals feature authentic Chinese, European, Greek, Japanese, Mexican and Scandinavian dishes. Also featured are Asian dishes, including Samosas, Thai Coconut Green Curry, Tandoori Chicken Salad and Grilled Korean Short Ribs. For guests seeking a taste of New York, the menu features sandwiches inspired by Manhattan’s neighborhoods, includinLower East Side Reuben, Chelsea Market Lobster Roll, SoHo Smoked Chicken Club, Hell’s Kitchen BBQ Chicken, and the Village Club. There’s also a Munchkin Menu for children.
