TravelClick Expands Partnership with Google

NEW YORK—TravelClick, a global provider of cloud-based solutions that enable hotels to grow revenue, has expanded its partnership with Google to enable “one-click” mobile web bookings using Google Wallet for Google Hotel Ads customers. This expands the existing Google and TravelClick partnership, which includes placement for TravelClick Demand Services customers on Google Hotel Ads via Google Hotel Finder, Local Universal Search, Google Maps and Google+ Places pages.

TravelClick’s Demand Services Program drives guests directly to a hotel’s website from the world’s leading Metasearch engines, such as Google, Kayak, TripAdvisor and Trivago, enabling hotels to generate more direct bookings.

According to TravelClick, its partnership with Google aims to drive more demand and increase web traffic for hotels. Through the partnership, hotels are able to take advantage of seamless connectivity to Google’s users to extend their digital footprint, improve their overall search results and help them convert a higher volume of qualified travel consumers. This expansion of “one-click” mobile bookings through Google Wallet is only currently available to U.S. consumers.

“TravelClick helps many hoteliers generate more revenue by providing access to customer demand through our unique partnership,” said Jason Ewell, EVP of global product at TravelClick. “Expanding our relationship with Google will provide more opportunities for hotels to drive direct bookings from Google Hotel Ads.”
