ATLANTIC CITY, NJ—TJM Atlantic City added a third property to its portfolio with the purchase of the Radisson Philadelphia Northeast, a 274-room property in Trevose in Bucks County, PA, for $15 million. TJM Atlantic City is a subsidiary of TJM Properties, a privately held real estate firm in Clearwater, FL.
“We are expanding and building a varied portfolio that will include individual hotels, branded properties and resorts,” said Cem Erenler, VP of operations and business development for TJM Atlantic City.
Erenler is also general manager of Atlantic City’s Claridge Hotel, now TJM Atlantic City’s flagship. TJM purchased the Claridge in 2014 for $12.5 million and implemented a multimillion-dollar renovation. Plans call for a new conference center to be added to the property. The company also owns the Atlantic Club, formerly the Hilton Hotel and Casino.
