These Three Hospitality Executives Are On the Move

NATIONAL REPORT—Hotel Business is tracking executive appointments. Hilton Grand Vacations Inc., Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific and MGM Resorts International have all made personnel shifts. Here are the details:

Hilton Grand Vacations Names East Coast Area VP of Resort Operations
Hilton Grand Vacations has appointed Tim Loughman as East Coast area VP of resort operations. Loughman joins HGV from Hilton, where he served as VP, luxury and lifestyle, overseeing resort openings, guest experience technology and service, culture, training and brand standards for more than 80 hotels and resorts across Waldorf Astoria, Conrad and Canopy brands worldwide. Prior to his time at Hilton, Loughman was founder of and senior consultant for Offshore Hospitality Solutions, where he provided senior-level luxury hotel project management expertise specializing in the Caribbean and Latin American markets. Loughman also spent the early part of his career with Starwood Hotels and Resorts and held general manager positions at flagship properties in Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro and Los Angeles.

Wyndham Appoints Director of Revenue, Sales & Marketing for South East Asia
Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific has appointed Rosmalia Hardman as the new director of revenue, sales and marketing for Wyndham’s managed properties across South East Asia. Prior to her appointment, Rosmalia was chief brand and marketing officer at SIS Group of Schools in Indonesia. She developed experience in marketing and sales in the hospitality industry through senior executive roles in leading international companies like Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Melia Hotels, Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts and Kempinski Hotels. She also worked as the CMO at property developer, PT Lippo Karawaci, where she oversaw the robust expansion of Aryaduta Hotel Group.

MGM Resorts International Names Future President/COO Of Northfield Park Property
MGM Resorts International has appointed Chris Kelley as the new president/COO of the Ohio resort, currently known as the Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park. The Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park will be rebranded when MGM Resorts acquires the property, which is expected to occur in the first half of 2019. Kelley joined MGM Resorts as VP and CFO of MGM Grand Detroit in 2017. Prior to joining the MGM Resorts, Kelley held numerous leadership positions with Viejas Casino & Resort near San Diego, including several years as the CFO.
