Three Hospitality Executives on the Move

NATIONAL REPORT—There have been personnel shifts at hospitality companies such as Ward Howell International, Radisson Hotel Group and Tishman. Here are the details:

Radisson Hotel Group Appoints VP of Revenue Optimization for the Americas
Radisson Hotel Group has appointed Jennifer Schneider as VP of revenue optimization in the Americas. Prior to joining Radisson Hotel Group, she held various revenue management leadership positions at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Omni Hotels & Resorts, Grand Hospitality, and Hertz. Most recently, she led a team of more than 80 franchise revenue management team members at Wyndham and expanded the company’s revenue management program to service more than 900 hotels. Schneider also led the development and re-engineering of Wyndham’s revenue tools and technologies for more than 6,000 properties in North America and served as department lead on multiple IT and revenue management projects.

Ward Howell International Expands Travel and Hospitality Practice
Ward Howell International has added Jim Theodore as a partner in its global travel and hospitality practice. Based in Boston, he joins Ward Howell with more than 30 years of experience in retained search. He has worked in the hospitality and leisure industries serving clients of all sizes, ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to start-up companies. He has completed searches ranging from C-suite to GMs in several hotels and resorts in sectors including hospitality, hotel real estate, cruise lines, trade associations, restaurants, food and entertainment, as well as luxury residential real estate management. He began his search career with a global boutique search firm based in New York and led the travel and leisure practice for two major global search firms before founding his own practice, Exeter Partners, in 1992.

Tishman Hires Hospitality Acquisitions Specialist 
Tishman has tapped Mike Wilbert as SVP of acquisitions. He joins Tishman with an extensive background in this space, most recently serving as VP of acquisitions and dispositions at Apple Hospitality REIT, where he managed the acquisition of 74 properties across 22 U.S. states, totaling more than $1.5 billion in equity deployment in the last eight years. From 2008-2010 he also led debt restructuring and financing efforts at HEI Hotels & Resorts in Norwalk, CT.
