NASHVILLE, TN—Thompson Nashville is set to open in October, marking Thompson Hotels’ first property in the greater South.
The 12-story, 224-room hotel includes both king rooms and suites, as well as a penthouse. All rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, wooden floors, wallpaper from Flat Vernacular, as well as custom-designed rugs from a one-off collaboration between Tailor Made Textiles and Eskayel.
Suites feature wet bars and central hearths. Graphic floor tiles offset by milky-toned white tile walls and a hand selected sculpture can be found in guestroom bathrooms. The suites’ bathrooms add to this palette with a claw foot tub that is aligned with a view directly out to the guestroom’s windows.
Under the leadership of Executive Chef Nathan Duensing, the hotel will feature three dining options: signature restaurant Marsh House; Killebrew, a coffee shop; and rooftop bar L.A. Jackson.
The hotel will also host 6,185 sq. ft. of meetings and events space on its second floor, comprised of three meeting rooms and a 1,219-sq.-ft. outdoor terrace.
Amenities and services include Thompson signature robes, 49-in. LG TVs, custom honor bars with local touches, 400-thread-count SFERRA linens, D.S. & Durga bath amenities, 24-hour access to the fitness center, complimentary WiFi access, valet parking, and more.
“It has been an exceptional year of expansion for Thompson Hotels as we introduce the brand to yet another dynamic, growing region of the U.S.,” said Niki Leondakis, CEO of Commune Hotels & Resorts. “There’s no better time to be in Nashville and our mission is to provide a modern experience steeped in local traditions to the many incoming travelers, while also welcoming locals to an energetic, neighborhood destination to call their own.”
