NASHVILLE, TN—Thompson Hotels this week opened Thompson Nashville here.
The 12-story, 224-key luxury boutique hotel is being ushered into the city by AJ Capital Partners and The Berger Company, premier investors, owners and developers of hospitality assets; along with locally based MarketStreet Enterprises, the master developer of Music City’s The Gulch neighborhood; Geolo Capital, co-owner of Thompson Hotels’ parent brand Two Roads Hospitality; and ERG Enterprises, a global leader in distinctive project investments.
Amenities and services include signature robes, 49-in. LG TVs, custom honor bars with local offerings, Sferra linens, D.S. & Durga bath amenities, 24-hour access to the fitness center, complimentary WiFi access, valet parking and more.
Guestrooms include queen, double and king rooms; suites; and a penthouse. All rooms provide floor-to-ceiling windows and wooden floors, wallpaper from Flat Vernacular, as well as custom-designed rugs from a one-off collaboration between Tailor Made Textiles and Eskayel. Suites feature wet bars and central hearths. The residential nature of the guestrooms carries through to the bathrooms where guests will find graphic floor tile offset with white tile walls and a hand-selected sculpture, according to the company. The suites’ bathrooms add to this palette with a claw-foot tub that is aligned with a view directly out to the guestrooms’ expansive window.
The hotel has a culinary partnership with Chef John Besh’s Our House Hospitality (OHH). Under the leadership of Executive Chef Nathan Duensing, there are three distinctive dining options: signature restaurant Marsh House, Killebrew coffee shop and rooftop bar L.A. Jackson. Seafood is the focus of Marsh House’s menu, showcased in both classic and contemporary preparations under the direction of Chef de Cuisine Justin Cameron. Killebrew serves up pastries and Revelator Coffee, while shareable small plates, Southern beer and cocktails complement the skyline view of L.A. Jackson. Our House Hospitality will also offer in-room dining.
In addition, there is 6,185 sq. ft. of meetings and events space on the second floor, comprised of three dedicated rooms and a 1,219-sq.-ft. outdoor terrace.
