Hotel Equities Named Management Firm for Hotel Indigo in Winston-Salem
Atlanta-based hotel owner and operator Hotel Equities (HE) has been appointed as the management firm for Hotel Indigo. The boutique hotel is located in the historic Pepper Building in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem, NC. The IHG hotel is owned by Mayfair Street Partners LLC, which tapped Hotel Equities to take over the day-to-day operations and management of this full-service hotel.
Hotel Indigo has an on-site fitness center, business center, and food and beverage outlets. HE will immediately implement operational protocols heavily emphasizing health and safety and take proper measures to ensure a great stay for guests as travel resumes in 2020.
Hotel Equities Selected to Manage SpringHill Suites in Topeka
HE has been selected as the management firm for the new-build SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel in Topeka, KS. The hotel has plans to open in October. Klaton Hotels Topeka LLC owns the hotel development and HE will operate the hotel upon opening.
Along with providing management expertise, HE is assisting hotel owners with development services and financial workout guidance to help the industry prevail during these uncertain economic times.
Crescent Hotels & Resorts Adds Hyatt Place/Hyatt House Dual Property in East Moline
The Hyatt Place East Moline/Quad Cities and the Hyatt House East Moline/Quad Cities in Illinois are now being managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts. The 233-room dual-branded hotel offers free parking for guests, a free shuttle and is close to the Tax Slayer Center, John Deere Harvester Works, Deere & Company World Headquarters and the John Deere Pavilion.
First Hospitality Assumes Management of Fairfield Inn & Suites
First Hospitality has assumed management of Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus OSU. The hotel is owned by Fillmore Capital Partners LLC and has a contemporary design following a $4.5 million renovation. Located in Columbus, OH, Fairfield Inn & Suites is close to The Ohio State University. The hotel has 165 guestrooms and meeting spaces totaling 1,250 sq. ft.
