The International Hotel Investment Forum Announces 2014 Conference Program

BERLIN—The International Hotel Investment Forum (IHIF), has announced its coveted conference program and speaker line-up for 2014.

Scheduled to take place at The Hotel InterContinental Berlin, March 3– 5, 2014, IHIF is attended by nearly 2,000 of the most senior level professionals from around the world, with over 60 countries represented. The 2013 IHIF Conference brought in over 1,900 attendees, attracting nearly every global hotel chain CEO.

The program for the 2014 Conference will address a number of global issues that are impacting the industry including such topics as: the rise of collaborative consumption, productivity and value; sovereign wealth funds; venture capital; REITS and private equity.

Key executives will sit on discussion panels and address topics including: designing deals for successful exits; how the performance of hotel assets compare to other forms of real estate; managing over-rented hotels; management of F&B and spa; and luxury budget. Professionals looking to expand globally and enter new markets will benefit from attending IHIF’s series of country sessions with focus on Africa, Indonesia, Russia, Spain and South America.
