RIVIERA MAYA, MEXICO—Rosewood Mayakoba will conduct a two-week, $1.5 million enhancement project here scheduled for completion in late September 2015.
From Sept. 7-22, the resort will close to allow for the transformation of select guest accommodations, dining outlets and public spaces.
Changes during the closure will include a reconfiguration of the outdoor living space for the Beachside Lagoon View Suites, the addition of two-bedroom suites and outdoor rain showers for the Beachfront Studio Suites, as well as enhancements to the resort’s four dining experiences. The lobby and walkways throughout the resort will be refurbished as well.
“At Rosewood Mayakoba we are constantly reinvigorating the guest experience by introducing thoughtful details and innovative elements, so that our guests have a reason to come back again and again,” said Daniel Scott, managing director of Rosewood Mayakoba. “The upcoming enhancement project is a further testament to our commitment to continually refining the guest experience, and we look forward to welcoming guests back to rediscover the best of the Riviera Maya this September.”
