RockStar Hotels Ramping Up Industry Presence

NEW YORK—An emerging entry to the industry, RockStar Hotels, is ramping up its online platform, which showcases a collection of boutique hotels in seven countries. The platform is the brainchild of President/CEO Robert Santucci, a veteran of such brands as Marriott International and Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc.

According to the company, travelers can find and book smaller properties on their website that are “authentic to their locales and promise unforgettable experiences.” It added its team—seasoned hoteliers and world travelers—have identified hotels that meet high standards in service, decor and amenities and those that qualify are invited to join RockStar Hotels. Executives revisit the hotels every 90 days to ensure that they remain high-quality properties.

The company has 40 member hotels representing nearly 3,000 rooms in its collection, including Armani Hotel Milano, Hotel Alfonso XIII and Mykonos Blu Grecotel Exclusive Resort. The platform also offers perks such as free upgrades, early check-in/late check-out when available and complimentary amenities. Plans are in place to offer additional benefits to those who book through RockStar Hotels.

The hotels in our portfolio are committed to anticipating the needs of the guest and delivering their own special brand of hospitality. Guests are assured of that no matter what RockStar hotel they book,” said Santucci.
