SPOKANE, WA—Coming off of 34 deals in the first quarter, RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) has closed an additional 39 deals since April 1.
RLHC brands have opened 28 hotels in 16 states since January, including two Hotel RLs, six Red Lion Inns & Suites and 17 Americas Best Value Inns. Notable property openings were Hotel RLs in Brooklyn, NY and Omaha, NE; a Red Lion Hotel in Ellensburg, WA; and two Americas Best Value Inns in Houston.
The company has signed franchise license agreements in 23 different states so far this year, including nine Red Lion Inns & Suites, three Red Lion Hotels, 46 Americas Best Value Inns and four GuestHouses. Earlier this month, RLHC announced the re-launch of the Signature Inn brand, an upper economy brand.
