WAYNE, PA—Hotel management company Synergy Hospitality has completed a $5-million renovation of LaGuardia Plaza Hotel in the New York City borough of Queens.
Synergy Hospitality and New Penn Management joined their efforts at the LaGuardia Plaza Hotel in October 2013 and immediately began the redevelopment, which included renovations for many of the guestrooms and 9,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space. The project also included a redesign of the independent hotel’s lounge, amenities and branding.
