Real Hospitality Group Fills Leadership Roles

OCEAN CITY, MD—Hotel management company Real Hospitality Group (RHG) recently bolstered its leadership roster.

James “Jim” Zito, has been named to the position of SVP of sales and marketing. He has more than 25 years of hospitality marketing, sales and technology leadership experience. Prior to joining RHG, he held leadership roles with Chelsea Hotels and Morgans Hotel Group.

Zito has held numerous industry designations and serves on several industry boards, including Hospitality Sales and Marketing International (HSMAI) Digital Marketing Council, where he is a founding member, an Adrian Awards Platinum Judge, and a participant of the Hotel Management Company Executive Roundtable.

Dana English has joined the company as VP, owner support and development. She has more than 20 years of experience servicing the hospitality industry. She comes from CPA firm CohnReznick, where she was responsible for creating and growing the firm’s hospitality consulting practice. Previously, she served as the CFO of two hotel operating companies.

Jeannine Graham was named regional director of sales and marketing—luxury portfolio. She oversees the sales and marketing discipline for the company’s independent/boutique hotel portfolio. She has more than 20 years of luxury hotel experience, having previously been with Jumeirah Hotels, Peninsula Beverly Hills and New York and Hotel Bel-Air.

William “Will” Speidel is the new regional director of sales and marketing. He has worked for multiple hotel operating companies in various corporate level roles including VP of sales. He has experience in repositioning hotels, owner relations and developing sales and marketing programs to maximize top-line revenue performance.

Dave Ditto joins the company as regional director of operations. He has held senior operations positions with Hilton, as well as top independent management companies.
