Hotel Hendricks – New York
Opening this spring, Hotel Hendricks is in the New Midtown area. Created by New York firm Nobutaka Ashihara Architect PC, the property has 176 guestrooms and suites along with a Latin restaurant.
The One Palacio de Anunciada – Lisbon, Portugal
Housed in a carefully restored 16th century palace with stately gardens, The One Palacio de Anunciada launches this month in the Barrio Alto neighborhood. The hotel has 83 guestrooms and suites, food and beverage options, pool and spa.
Hotel Clarks Amer – Jaipur, India
First launched in 1972 before taking on its current moniker in 1973, Hotel Clarks Amer is located in the heart of the “Pink City.” The hotel has 215 guestrooms and duplex penthouse suites dining outlets, including taBlu, Jaipur’s oldest open-air rooftop café; and a tree-lined outdoor swimming pool. Wellness enthusiasts will enjoy the hotel’s jogging trails and nature walks, while culture seekers can visit nearby historic forts, palaces, temples and museums.
Frutt Lodge & Spa – Melchsee Frutt, Switzerland
Located in the village of Melchsee Frutt, adjacent to Lake Melchsee and surrounded by the soaring Swiss Alps, frutt Lodge & Spa has 67 guestrooms and suites, access to the slopes, sled runs and ice fishing. Other facilities include three restaurants and a 9,600-sq.-ft. wellness space.
Haven Riviera Cancun – Playa del Carmen, Mexico
Adults-only hotel between Cancun and Riviera Maya. The hotel has 333 guestrooms, food and beverage options, three pools and a 15,700-sq. ft. spa.

Two California Properties Join Preferred Hotels & Resorts
Shutters on the Beach and Hotel Casa del Mar in Santa Monica Beach, CA, have joined Preferred Hotels & Resorts within its Legend Collection. Shutters on the Beach has 198 guestrooms, including 12 suites, original art and food and beverage options. Hotel Casa del Mar has 129 guestrooms, including 16 suites, a pool, spa and food and beverage options.
