LONDON—PortAventura will implement Duetto’s GameChanger solution, bringing new loyalty, forecasting and price optimization capabilities to five resort hotels outside Barcelona, including at the soon to be opened Ferrari Land theme park.
Under the agreement, GameChanger will come to PortAventura’s Hotel Gold River, Hotel Mansion de Lucy, Hotel PortAventura, Hotel Caribe and Hotel El Paso.

One of the main priorities for PortAventura is to strengthen our international presence and we will continue implementing the most innovative tools to achieve this objective,” said Giovanni Cavalli, sales general manager at PortAventura Resort. “Our integrated resort has distinctive revenue sources and a diverse clientele—which will diversify even further after the opening of Ferrari Land in 2016. GameChanger allows us to price all room types, channels and dates independent of one another, to maximize profitability.”
Located outside Barcelona, PortAventura Resort operates four 4-star and one 5-star themed hotels, which encompass 2,000 rooms, plus a 4,000-seat convention center, and a range of leisure facilities, including three golf courses, a theme park and a water park. The resort is now working on Ferrari Land theme park.
