LIMA, PERU–Developer Inversiones La Rioja, SA, plans to build its third Marriott International property in Peru, a 150-room Courtyard by Marriott here.

It will feature a casual dining restaurant, meeting and event space, swimming pool and fitness center. Courtyard currently has more than 900 locations in 38 countries, more locations than any other Marriott International brand.
