Bluegreen Vacations Names Dusty Tonkin as Chief Sales Officer
Bluegreen Vacations Corporation has appointed Dusty Tonkin as the new chief sales officer.
In this role, Tonkin will oversee Bluegreen Vacations’ field sales and marketing operations. He will be integral in growing the company’s VOI sales as well as leading all sales-focused strategic initiatives. Tonkin is a seasoned sales executive who has worked in the vacation ownership industry for more than 24 years. He comes to Bluegreen Vacations from Wyndham Destinations, where he served in various sales leadership roles since 2002, most recently as EVP of sales and marketing where he led teams in six major regions.

IHG Appoints Steve Carroll as SVP, Capital Investments & Transactions
IHG has appointed Steve Carroll as SVP, capital investments and transactions, EMEAA and Greater China. In this new role, Carroll will be responsible for asset management, including dispositions, restructurings and managing investment positions, with a focus on Europe, Middle East, Asia & Africa (EMEAA) and Greater China regions. He will continue to work with IHG’s development teams to drive growth through its strategic approach to M&A and capital transactions, as well as IHG’s Americas team, to take advantage of cross regional opportunities and capital flows. Carroll has been with IHG for more than five years, having rejoined the business in 2014 as VP of corporate finance, acquisition and mergers.

BBX Capital Corporation Appoints Gregory Adam Haile to Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of BBX Capital Corporation has appointed Gregory Adam Haile to its board. Haile is the president of Broward College, a role he assumed in July 2018. Prior to his appointment, President Haile served as the general counsel and VP for public policy and government affairs for Broward College from 2011-2018. Prior to joining Broward College, he was an attorney in private practice.
