People on the move at IHG, PM and Palladium

Hospitality companies are making personnel moves. Here’s a look:

IHG Appoints Fleming
IHG Hotels & Resorts has added Jolie Fleming as SVP, guest products & platforms.

In this role, Fleming focuses on enhancing the guest experience through technological innovation. Her team is charged with creating a seamless customer journey through the development and growth of products and platforms that enhance the planning, booking and stay experience for guests, including the IHG App, IHG.com and the recent launch of digital check-in. Fleming will report to George Turner, chief commercial & technology officer.

She comes to IHG with more than 20 years’ experience leading digital-first organizations. She spent nearly a decade in FinTech, and most recently served as the managing director, digital at E*TRADE.

PM Hotel Group expands leadership team
PM Hotel Group has made additions to its leadership team.

Joe Del Guidice has been promoted to SVP, hotel operations. In this newly expanded role, he is responsible for providing strategic direction and optimizing results across all of the company’s hotels, including the growing lifestyle and luxury portfolio.

A career hotelier, Del Guidice has more than 25 years of expertise across all chain scales with both independent properties and leading brands in the Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Wyndham and InterContinental families. Prior to joining PM Hotel Group in 2017, he had been president, GF Hotels & Resorts, a hotel ownership and management company with more than 85 upscale and midscale U.S. hotels and resorts.

Mark A. Dombkoski joins the company as senior corporate director, restaurants and bars. He brings more than 25 years of experience working in hospitality groups including Starr Restaurants and Cornerstone Restaurant Group.

Palladium Hotel Group adds Jones
Palladium Hotel Group has appointed Stefany M. Jones as its director, retail affairs. In her new role, she leads sales revenue, business relations and brand recognition for strategic accounts in the North America market.

Jones is a sales and marketing professional with more than 18 years of experience in the travel agency industry specializing in account management, marketing and business development. She joins the Palladium team with extensive experience in fast-paced and high-volume Caribbean, Mexico and Central America key destinations and hotels. Jones also has previous experience negotiating and executing sales for online brands, travel agent groups, consortia accounts and airline brands by building compelling, data-driven product offerings and establishing long-term supplier relationships to optimize profitability.
