People on the move at Everwood, Osprey and more

Executives in the hospitality industry have taken on new roles. Here’s a look:

Tracy Kundey joins Everwood Hospitality Partners
Everwood Hospitality Partners (EHP), a hotel owner/operator with a growing portfolio of lifestyle, full- and select-service hotels nationwide, has named Tracy Kundey managing director, hospitality. In this new role, he is responsible for developing and executing EHP’s business strategies as they relate to asset maximization.

Previously, Kundey was COO/CFO for Chandler Hotels Inc., where he oversaw daily property and owner interactions, including communications and revenue management contributions. A 40-year career brings experience from having held numerous corporate leadership positions such as president, Oceana Resorts; president, Encore Enterprises—Hospitality Division; and partner/VP, finance, Hersha Hospitality, among others. He has provided operations oversight to projects totaling $683 million, including freestanding restaurants, new construction, brand conversions and extensive PIP projects primarily with Marriott and Hilton brands.

Osprey Real Estate Capital appoints Dunham as director, acquisitions
Dustin Dunham has joined the Osprey Real Estate Capital team as director, acquisitions, where he is responsible for sourcing and underwriting hospitality, retail and multi-family investments.

Prior to joining Osprey, he served as a senior associate at The Luzzatto Company Inc., a Los Angeles-based creative office developer. His responsibilities included sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions, overseeing development, securing debt financings and overseeing asset management.

Prior to the Luzzatto Company Inc., Dunham was a senior associate at NetSTREIT, a single-tenant net-lease REIT in Dallas, where he helped lead its turnaround and eventual IPO.

Efrain Rivera joins JLL board of directors
JLL has appointed Efrain Rivera as an independent, non-executive member of its board of directors effective Oct. 1.

He is currently SVP/CFO/treasurer, Paychex Inc., a provider of integrated human capital management solutions. Previously, Rivera spent 20 years at Bausch & Lomb, a global eye health company, where he held senior management positions, including corporate VP/CFO.

Tambourine names Nick Horgan chief sales officer
Tambourine, the Fort Lauderdale, FL-headquartered digital marketing technology company serving hotels, resorts and tourism destinations worldwide, has appointed Nick Horgan as chief sales officer. In the newly created position, he will oversee enterprise-level new business development.

Horgan joins Tambourine from Amadeus, where he served most recently as senior director, sales and account management. He was the company’s top revenue producer for eight consecutive years. He began his career with Newmarket International, which was acquired by Amadeus in 2014.
