Vasa Park Resort Chooses Agilysys Solutions
Vasa Park Resort in Bellevue, WA, has selected Agilysys’ rGuest Stay Property Management System (PMS), rGuest Book reservations and rGuest Pay payment processing to help streamline daily operations and increase efficiency from booking to checkout.

Web-based rGuest Stay is a PMS powered by Microsoft Azure. Built on an open architecture, its extensive suite of APIs delivers integrations with applications from Agilysys, its partners and customers. rGuest Stay offers guest-centric capabilities for both single- and multi-property operations, allowing managers to view guest profiles, history and reservations, as well as room availability and operational reports across their operations. rGuest Book is a commission-free, reservation system that’s designed to move guests through the booking process. rGuest Pay was one of the first PCI validated point to point encryption (P2PE) payment solutions for hospitality, offering broad support for credit card processors and a wide variety of payment device options for every use case, including countertop, pay at table, mobile tablet and signature capture scenarios.

PROVision Partners International Formed
A team of industry consultants has banded together to form PROVision Partners International, bringing strategic expertise and real-world guidance to global hospitality and travel entities.

The advisory firm will focus on profit and revenue optimization strategies and assist organizations with understanding what’s required for people, processes and technology to effectively interact so an organization’s strategic goals can be met.

Headquartered in New Smyrna Beach, FL, with offices in Atlanta, Dallas and Orlando, FL, PROVision Partners leadership group includes co-founders, Greg Pesik, who serves as CEO; and Matthew Busch, senior managing director, commercial and revenue, as well as Gregg Hopkins, senior managing director, business development and marketing.

Daina Bailey Joins HotelSigns.com
HotelSigns.com, which supplies high-quality ADA-compliant architectural signage, has added Daina Bailey as VP of national accounts.

Bailey has more than 25 years of experience in signage sales to the position. She has worked with both U.S. and international hospitality brands and companies across multiple industries.

Accell Launches Power Dot Products
Fremont, CA-based Accell has just unveiled two new solutions to meet the need for reliable and convenient power-charging solutions for the hospitality industry—the Power Dot Office and Power Dot Wall Charger.

The Power Dot Office is a compact desktop power station with a dedicated center space to hold an IoT hub. It has four surge-protected AC outlets that swivel to allow more room for power bricks and USB-C and USB-A charging ports. The 8-in. or extended 16-in. cord allows for convenient placement.

The Power Dot Wall Charger allows users to mount their Amazon Echo Dot 3rd Generation onto any standard wall outlet without blocking other outlets. The holder secures the hub itself and provides a cable management design around the holder.

Riegel Linen Adds New President
Jeremiah Johnson has joined Riegel Linen as president. Johnson brings an extensive background in operations, supply chain management and acquisitions, having served as VP of manufacturing and global supply chain for Custom Molded Products; and SVP of manufacturing and supply chain at Anisa International.
