MarketingIQ Launches Market Research Agency

MarketingIQ has launched its Swarm focused market research agency. The agency is one of only a few in the world with access to the Swarm AI platform.

The Swarm platform leverages technology which combines human feedback and artificial intelligence (A.I.) algorithms to generate optimized insights through a series of in-depth data metrics. This tool, when combined with the market research and marketing expertise of the MarketingIQ team, allows for better prediction of outcomes and increased confidence in decision making, according to the company.

“We believe this technology will revolutionize the way that companies make decisions,” said Linda Sanpei, MarketingIQ. “They now have an option that is more powerful than the surveys and focus groups they have relied upon for so long. We are thrilled to be launching this new offering as we’ve seen how powerful Swarm is and how much of an impact we can have for our clients.

Quore Pool Readings Module Helping Hotels

Quore is helping operators ensure that their pools, hot tubs and spas meet water safety standards by automating the water-testing process within its Pool Readings module.

Quore’s Recurring app enables hotel engineers to test a pool’s chlorine, pH, alkalinity and calcium levels at least twice daily, as well as water temperature and GPM (gallons per minute) and PSI (pound-force per square inch) flow rates. The data is then entered into the app which automatically calculates the water’s langelier saturation index (LSI). These readings identify if the pool water is safe for guests’ use and they determine if water is generally corrosive or prone to rust formation that could reduce pool life.

The Courtyard by Marriott Sedona in Arizona has been a Quore user since 2017.
