Read about all that and more below.

Concord Hospitality hotels now running on PVNG by Aptech
Concord Hospitality Enterprises recently completed transitioning 135 owned and/or operated hotels to PVNG, an enterprise accounting solution from Aptech. Previously running on Profitvue, Aptech’s prior-generation solution, since 1999, the operator of multi-brand, full-service and upscale select-service properties rolled-out the solution in spurts beginning in 2020, and last month it wrapped up the project with 35 hotels going live in just two days.

The brands now running on PVNG and managed by Concord Hospitality include AC Hotels by Marriott, Aloft Hotels by Marriott, Ascend Hotel Collection by Choice Hotels, Autograph Collection by Marriott, Cambria by Choice Hotels, Canopy by Hilton, Courtyard by Marriott, Doubletree by Hilton, Element Hotels by Marriott, Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Four Points by Sheraton, Home2 Suites by Hilton, Hampton Inn by Hilton, Hyatt Centric, Holiday Inn Express, Hilton Garden Inn, Hyatt House, Holiday Inn, Hyatt Place, Homewood Suites by Hilton, Marriott, Renaissance by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott, Springhill Suites by Marriott and TownePlace Suites by Marriott.

PVNG features the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Statistics, Financials and Bank Reconciliation software that today’s hotel operators are seeking with browser navigation. Its OCR invoice processing; myriad of payment options; drill-down capabilities in financial statements and reports; ability to handle single or multi-property accounting; and the fact that it can be deployed as a hosted service, explains why this accounting solution is in such high demand, according to the company.

Innisfree Hotels promotes Chef Manuel Rodriguez
Innisfree Hotels has promoted Chef Manuel Rodriguez to corporate director, food & beverage, overseeing all dining and drinking experiences at Innisfree’s Gulf Coast properties in Florida, Alabama, Louisiana and South Carolina.

Rodriguez, who is classically trained in culinary arts and has spent more than a decade leading professional kitchens, joined the Innisfree family in 2020 to direct culinary operations at one of its hotels. Originally from Washington, DC, he has cooked for politicians and dignitaries from around the world.

Galgorm Resort Collection onboards new properties with Maestro PMS
Northern Ireland’s premier luxury Galgorm Resort Collection is leveraging Maestro PMS’s contactless mobile tools to welcome guests to its many properties.

All properties within Galgorm Resort Collection are using the following Maestro integrated modules: Analytics; Front Desk; Club and Spa; Digital Registration; Guest Experience Measurement (GEM); Membership; Sales and Catering; Spa & Activities; and Yield Management.

Galgorm Resort Collection is streamlining operations between Maestro and the Amadeus HotSOS workforce management system to enable its team to complete checklists, log maintenance tasks, record water temperature and chemical tests in the spa, as well as manage its housekeeping service. Via Maestro, HotSOS receives information on maintenance issues, which guestrooms are ready and which rooms require additional services set up.

The brand is also in the final stages of going live with IDeaS RMS and the integration to Maestro’s yield and rate management module to enhance its revenue management team with decision making and maximizing revenue potential.
