NEW YORK—Bullfrog & Baum has been named the food & beverage agency of record for the soon to open Park Hyatt New York.
Slated for summer 2014, Park Hyatt New York will become the flagship of the Park Hyatt brand, located across from Carnegie Hall and a short distance from Central Park.
Executive Chef Sam Hazen, formerly of the celebrated Veritas, will oversee the yet-unnamed restaurant as well as food & beverage operations throughout the hotel. Hazen is looking forward to providing New Yorkers and visitors, alike, a menu that focuses on the highest quality ingredients, while remaining an approachable dining experience in midtown Manhattan.
The restaurant is designed by international design firm Yabu Pushelberg, and will be located on the third floor of Park Hyatt New York.
