Pahlke joins Sage Hotel Management as chief commercial officer

Sage Hotel Management, a Sage Hospitality Group company, has appointed Patrick Pahlke as EVP/chief commercial officer.

In this newly created role, Pahlke is tasked with developing an integrated commercial plan and vision for the company. He will be a significant partner to Sage and its stakeholders in creating and executing strategies that will help it exceed its portfolio-wide revenue growth goals, the company reports.

In this role, Pahlke oversees sales, marketing, revenue management, distribution, customer relationship management (CRM), central reservations office (CRO), e-commerce, public relations and social media disciplines for Sage Hotel Management, and will collaborate closely with both Sage Studio and Sage Restaurant Concepts on all relevant initiatives.

Pahlke, a 26-year industry veteran, joins Sage from PROPER Hospitality, where he was responsible for strategic oversight of revenue management, distribution, sales, marketing, brand management, culture & programming, public relations, e-commerce and social media.

Prior to PROPER, he spent two decades working in various sales, marketing and operations leadership roles with Two Roads Hospitality (acquired by Hyatt) and Hyatt International all across the Asia-Pacific region.
