PM Hotel Group Promotes Katherine Kies
PM Hotel Group has promoted Katherine Kies to the newly created position of VP of Food + Drink Innovation. Previously corporate director of F&B, she will responsible for expanding the hotel group’s capabilities and services in the world of food and drink innovation including banquets and catering, as well as restaurant concepts.
Benchmark Names VP of Revenue Management
Benchmark has named Priya Chandnani VP of revenue management. She was previously VP of revenue management and distribution for Trump Hotels. Prior to this, she was affiliated with the Wyndham Hotel Group, serving in positions that included cluster director, area director of revenue management for Dolce Hotels & Resorts, and earlier as director of revenue management when she designed and developed Wyndham’s Revenue Management Tactical Mentoring program.
Performance Hospitality Management Names VP of Commercial Services
Performance Hospitality Management has added Michele Olivier to the leadership team as VP of commercial services. In this role, she’s responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the organization, while leading all activities relating to marketing, sales and revenue management. She will spearhead strategic initiatives to drive business growth across PHM’s portfolio of managed independent and branded full-service and lifestyle hotels and resorts. These include B Hotels & Resorts properties throughout the Southeast including Banana Bay Resort & Marina in Marathon, Florida as well as Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk, and others.
Olivier brings more than 25 years experience in the hospitality industry. She has been acknowledged as a leader in Resort Sales & Marketing for globally branded and boutique hotel companies and possesses a diverse skill set garnered from her extensive background in the tourism industry. She was a brand steward, growing portfolios for InterContinental Hotels Group, Hilton Hotels & Resorts and select boutique resort collections throughout the Caribbean and resort-centric areas in the USA including the launch of Jewel Resorts in Jamaica. Most recently, she held the position as VP of sales & marketing/managing director with hospitality metrics.

Phoenix American Hospitality Adds to Leadership Roster
Phoenix American Hospitality has appointed Conan Porter as regional VP of Wholesaler Southwest and Melissa Sanders as VP of business development & national accounts and West Coast Sales.
With more than 30 years of experience in the financial field, Conan brings a wealth of ideas to Phoenix American Hospitality. His value proposition has helped advisors with niche marketing and strategic business planning geared towards successfully reaching their goals. Conan previously held positions at NorthStar Securities LLC, Nationwide Financial, Legg Mason, and American Century Investments, where he received top sales awards.
Sanders joined Phoenix American Hospitality from E*Trade, where she was VP of regional sales and responsible for driving elite, firm level business from challenging efforts along with sales strategy, practice management solutions, and used specialized knowledge of industry FinTech to increase her clients’ operational efficiencies and growth capabilities. Sanders has also held financial positions with AI Insight INC., SEI Manager Investor Services and ATEL Capital Group.
