On the Move: CityGate Hospitality, Frampton Construction Company, More…

NATIONAL REPORT—CityGate Hospitality, Frampton Construction Company and Pebble Beach Company have recently made some personnel changes. Here’s what we found:

CityGate Hospitality Brings on VP of Operations and HR director
CityGate has hired Dennis Igoe as VP of operations and human resources and Marne Warda as HR director.

Igoe joins CityGate Hospitality with experience spanning more than two decades. His early career was spent with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and he served as GM of Chicago’s Kinzie Hotel and of the Holiday Inn Select in Naperville, IL. Most recently, he was the corporate director of operations for Portfolio Hotels & resorts. He served nine years on the board of directors of the DuPage Convention & Visitors Bureau and three years on the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce board.

Warda also is making a comeback to Naperville, IL, and specifically to CityGate. She began her professional career in 2013 as a human resources manager at Hotel Arista, the four-star boutique hotel and an anchor of the CityGate campus, then served as HR director at a corporate-owned hotel in Chicago. She joins CityGate Hospitality in the more expansive role directing the HR function across the array of hospitality brands on the CityGate campus.

Future Co-Chairmen of Pebble Beach Company Named
Heidi Ueberroth, Brian Ferris and Bill Perocchi will assume the roles of co-chairmen of Pebble Beach Company’s board of directors. The trio will replace Richard Ferris and Peter Ueberroth who have been co-chairmen for the past 20 years and who will continue to serve on the board. Brian Ferris and Heidi Ueberroth have served on the board for the past 10 years. Perocchi has been a board member and the company’s chief executive officer for the past 20 years, and will continue in this role after the appointment.

Two Join Frampton Construction’s Charleston Office
Frampton Construction Company has added Paula Shawber as project coordinator and Charles Bowman as project engineer. Both will work out of the company’s Charleston, SC office.

Shawber, who holds 10 years of experience in the construction industry, joins the team as project coordinator. In this role, she will provide general assistance to the project management team.

Bowman comes on board as project engineer after serving as an intern for Frampton in 2017 and 2018. In his role as project engineer, he will assist the project management and field supervision teams with daily activities, attend and document project meetings, and prepare weekly project update reports.
