DALLAS—NYLO Hotels LLC has introduced touch-based concierge products at all of its properties through a new partnership with Monscierge. NYLO becomes the first American boutique hotel brand to partner with the company, according to Monscierge.
Monscierge applications work by using cloud-based technology that guests can access anywhere through their iOS or Android devices. The applications are full of tips, recommendations and information provided by NYLO staff on where to go, what to do, and how to make the most of their stay.
All Monscierge applications update in real time so NYLO staff members can change or add information and alert guests to events taking place at the hotel. Once a guest has downloaded the app, it will automatically update according to which NYLO hotel the guest is visiting. Though it was designed with NYLO guests in mind, the application is free and available for download by anyone.
“We partnered with Monscierge because we wanted our guests to be able to get the very best out of their stay, 24/7,” Michael Mueller, CEO of NYLO Hotels, said in a statement.
