Nor1 Unveils Merchandising Platform

SANTA CLARA, CA—Nor1 has launched its Nor1 Merchandising Platform, a pricing and analytics engine designed to help travel providers generate revenue throughout the lifecycle of a hotel guest’s trip.

The Merchandising Platform powers Nor1’s suite of products: eStandby, eFDU and eReach. According to the company, bringing these products into a single merchandising platform, the new solution reaches guests at booking via eStandby offers made on a travel company’s website; at pre-arrival via upsell and upgrade offers made by eStandby, and ground transportation offers presented by eReach; on arrival via front desk upgrades, upsells powered by eFDU, and eReach; in destination, via tour and activity, retail and dining offers made by eReach; and post-trip, via loyalty and other guest engagement offers powered by eReach.

Nor1’s Merchandising Platform is currently in use by global travel brands including Hilton, Accor, Hyatt, IHG and Calrson Rezidor.
