MIAMI BEACH, FL—Nikki Beach Worldwide, a family owned and operated global luxury lifestyle and hospitality brand, has appointed Thomas Brosig as president. The company’s founder Jack Penrod will continue to serve as chairman and CEO.
With more than 40 years of experience in finance, business development, operations and business planning, Brosig has been acting as an independent strategic business consultant since 2012. Previously, he served as president and CEO for Margaritaville Casino & Restaurant in Biloxi, MS, and formed Brosig Group Consulting Services where he served as president and CEO from 2003 to 2011.
Brosig was also responsible for planning and directing a start-up casino management company, Grand Casinos Inc. In 1999, Grand Casinos merged with Hilton Hotels gaming division to form a new public company, Park Place Entertainment. Brosig also served as SVP of administration for Park Place Entertainment where his responsibilities included global purchasing, retail operations, construction, development and diversity and Indian gaming.
“Tom Brosig has proven his ability to launch and grow impressive businesses,” said Penrod. “He’s been with us since 2015 as an independent strategic consultant serving in a CFO capacity. I am confident in his ability to further nurture the Nikki Beach Worldwide brand as our new president.”
Penrod’s role will focus on new business site selection and design. Brosig will preside over Nikki Beach Worldwide, and will oversee existing operations, establish new processes to ensure day-to-day operating efficiencies are realized and work closely with Penrod to develop long-term strategies.
