NewcrestImage Acquires Texas Hyatt Place

GRAPEVINE, TX—NewcrestImage has expanded its portfolio with the purchase here of the 125-room Hyatt Place.

Located three miles from the DFW International Airport, this six-story hotel is the company’s fourth Hyatt Place in the state,  joining hotels owned and operated in San Antonio, Lubbock and Plano.    

The property features two meeting rooms of 1,100 sq. ft. and 400 sq. ft.; breakfast area; outdoor pool; cocktail and coffee bar; plus a fitness center and business center, both of which operate 24 hours a day. Also open 24/7 is the Gallery Market, which offers packaged beverages, salads and snacks.

Adjacent is the Legoland Discovery Center and the Grapevine Mills Mall, which features more than 200 retail shops, restaurants and a 30-screen theater complex.
