PHOENIX—Multi-Systems, Inc.’s (MSI) MSI CloudPM with MSI CloudCRS has been installed in a Best Western Hotel, owned by The Denlea Company, which recently rebranded from a Choice-branded property.
The hotel needed a PMS and CRS solution to bridge the gap. According to MSI, hotels that are deflagging or changing flags are often abandoned for a period of months without a PMS or CRS. This interim period can be very costly, with potential for lost revenue—especially without CRS connectivity.
