NASHVILLE, TN— Turnberry Associates, the developer of JW Marriott Nashville, will partner with the MINA Group to introduce Michelin Star Chef Michael Mina to the Music City.
In 2018, Bourbon Steak, Chef Mina’s first restaurant in the city, will open along with the 533-room property. It will be an American steakhouse, described by the company as a traditional dining experience with a twist.
The 280-seat restaurant will be located on the top floor of the 33-story hotel.
Designed by Adam D. Tihany, the venue will be outfitted with satin bronze metal accents, red gum wood and bourbon-inspired hues.
