Crescent Adds Marriott LaGuardia Airport Hotel
The Marriott LaGuardia Airport Hotel in New York City is now being managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts. The 443 room Marriott LaGuardia Airport Hotel features a 24-hour fitness center, Ditmars Bar & Grill on-site restaurant, and 19 adaptable event rooms, which total 15,000+ square feet of space for meetings, weddings and other events.
Chesapeake Hospitality Adds Crowne Plaza Milwaukee Airport
Chesapeake Hospitality will serve as property manager for the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee Airport. Located at 6401 S. 13th St. near the Milwaukee Airport, the hotel has been freshly renovated, featuring 193 guestrooms along with over 23,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, including a 12,000-sq.-ft. ballroom and eight meeting rooms. Additional amenities include an on-site restaurant, 24-hour fitness center, indoor pool and free airport shuttles.
Two Hyatt Hotels Under New Management
The Hyatt House Sandy and Hyatt Place Cottonwood are under new management with Sequoia Hospitality. Sequoia Development has owned these two hotels since they opened in 2008 and 2013, respectively. Since opening they have been managed by the third party companies, Lodgeworks and Hyatt.
