CHICAGO— Hyatt Hotels Corporation has named Malaika Myers as the company’s chief human resources officer. Myers will report to Mark Hoplamazian, president and CEO.
Myers assumes the role at Hyatt after working in a similar capacity at Jarden Corporation and Arysta Life Science. She has also held senior HR positions at Diageo and PepsiCo.
“Malaika is an accomplished executive in every discipline of Human Resources and has established an impressive track record of achieving people-focused results,” said Hoplamazian. “Her passion for people and depth of experience in organizational and talent development will be paramount to delivering on our focused business strategy.
