CLEVELAND—Lexington by Vantage plans to build a 158-room Lexington Inn & Suites in Dania Beach, FL, which will be using the brand’s prototype. The hotel will be owned by a Vantage Hospitality affiliate and is expected to break ground soon.
The Dania Beach property, located five miles south of Fort Lauderdale, will feature the Lexington Loggia—an open-air extension of the lobby. Other amenities will include an outdoor pool on the second floor, a meeting room and fully equipped fitness center.
“We will continue our momentum by soon announcing another new construction project in Florida at the Miami airport that’s currently under PS&A/contract review, as well as two in California,” said Roger Bloss, founder, president & CEO of Vantage Hospitality Group.
Vantage’s corporate headquarters are in Coral Springs, FL, and there are nearly 30 Vantage hotels located throughout the state, including the Lexington Hotel & Conference Center, Jacksonville Riverwalk, a 323-room property situated on the south bank of the St. Johns River in downtown Jacksonville, which was recently acquired by a Vantage affiliate.
