CHICAGO—Kokua Hospitality, LLC has made several new appointments to its leadership team with the goal of growing its portfolio in the coming year.
Clay Spencer has assumed the role of sr. vp, operations, while James LoBosco has been appointed to the role of regional vp. Spencer joined the company as general manager of the Chicago Allerton Hotel. LoBosco, meanwhile, manages the Embassy Suites Baltimore-Inner Harbor and oversees the Aloft Washington National Harbor.
In addition, Brian Bolf is transitioning from regional director of revenue management to vp, profit optimization. Bolf will head a new proprietary Revenue Management platform at Kokua. Finally, former director of sales and marketing for Kokua at the Chicago Allerton Hotel, Lea Rodriguez, has been appointed as corporate director of sales. Her new responsibilities include supporting the director of sales within the portfolio.
