Ward Howell International, an executive search firm, has expanded its global Travel & Hospitality Practice with the addition of Kenneth Greger as partner.
Based in Portland, OR, Greger joins the company with more than 25 years of experience in retained search. He has worked with businesses of all sizes, from startup companies to Fortune 500 organizations, filling C-suite positions as well as top property-level roles in sectors including hotels and resorts, casinos and integrated resorts, restaurants, travel technology and more.

He started his career with Deloitte and then entered the world of executive search and consulting. During this time, he worked for three global search firms in addition to founding and building his own retained search firm, Greger/Peterson Associates, Inc., which merged with Aethos Consulting Group several years ago.
He is a member of the ALIS Planning Committee and serves on the HSMAI Foundation Board of Directors. He is also a mentor in the Phocuswright Startup Program that debuted in 2018.
