Kameha Grand Zurich Added to Autograph Collection

BETHESDA, MD—The Kameha Grand Zurich in Switzerland has opened as part of Marriott International’s Autograph Collection. The 245-room hotel was designed by Dutch designer Marcel Wanders.

Eleven individually themed suites include the Poker Face Suite fitted with roulette tables and Kameha poker cards and the Serenity Suite, which features yoga and wellness accessories.

“We are thrilled to welcome Kameha Grand Zurich as one of the first newly constructed hotels to join the Autograph Collection, and to launch our presence in Switzerland,” said Julius Robinson, VP, Autograph Collection. “Autograph Collection is growing rapidly in the lifestyle hospitality sector, and we believe that Kameha Grand Zurich truly embodies the philosophy of our collection by showcasing creative design and a playful personality that is exactly like nothing else.”

Kameha Grand Zurich features two gourmet restaurants—L’Unico, which specializes in authentic Italian cuisine, and Yu Nijyo, which serves sushi and Japanese fare.

Lounges and bars include Puregold Bar, which takes its name from the gold palettes adorning the walls; the Cigar Lounge, which offers Dominican and Cuban cigars; and the Arabian-themed Shisha Lounge, which features a comprehensive range of Arabic Shisha and tobacco.

The Kameha Spa offers a menu of treatments and therapies, with facilities including saunas, a steam room and relaxation beds in both the spa lounge and on the rooftop terrace.

Minutes from Zurich International Airport and Zurich Central Station, the hotel has six business suites for business meetings, conferences and celebrations. Conference facilities hold up to 960 people, and feature eight banquet rooms and The Dome, an event area that stretches more than 7,500 sq. ft.

Kameha Grand Zurich is surrounded by the Glattpark, which features forests, meadows and ponds covering more than 30 acres, Kameha jogging trails, beach volleyball, basketball and the Kameha Lake, Zurich’s largest freshwater lake.
