Jonathan Tisch to Resume Duties as Loews CEO, Kinsell Out

NEW YORK—Jonathan M. Tisch will resume the duties of CEO of Loews Hotels following the departure of Kirk Kinsell, effective immediately. Kinsell informed the company of his decision to resign for personal reasons. Tisch will continue to serve as chairman of Loews Hotels and co-chairman of the Board for Loews Corporation.

“Loews Hotels has never been stronger. During Kirk’s tenure as CEO, there have been many positive changes at Loews Hotels, and we fully intend to build on that success. We’ve added top talent to our already strong bench, expanded our network of hotels, and continued to improve our operations and profitability,” said Tisch.

“Loews Hotels will remain focused on opportunistically growing in key markets with our group hotels and resort destinations. The company, along with its team members and partners, is committed to providing the best experience for all of our guests,” Tisch added.
