FRANKLIN, TN—Quore Systems, a hotel management software provider, has been selected by Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) as a preferred vendor for the company’s more than 3,800 hotels in the Americas. IHG is committed to helping its hotels operate efficiently using smart technology solutions such as Quore, according to the company.
“IHG evaluated the landscape of service optimization providers piloting various solutions, and Quore was the clear leader,” said Tim Genovese, VP of quality and brand consistency, The Americas, IHG.
Through its cloud-based platform, Quore streamlines hotel workflows, centralizing key operations with automatic cascading and escalation, enabling simple tracking, enhanced efficiency and higher guest satisfaction, according to the company.

IHG will be promoting the use of Quore as a service optimization solution to its North American hotels through multiple internal channels.
