ORLANDO, FL—Iberostar Group, a provider of upscale accommodations in destinations including Spain, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, has affiliated with vacation exchange provider RCI.
Iberostar Group is bringing nine all-inclusive properties to RCI’s exchange networks through Iberostar The Club: five in Mexico and four in the Dominican Republic. Through this affiliation with RCI, Iberostar The Club members can now access the exchange company’s global portfolio of nearly 4,500 affiliate resorts in more than 100 countries.
“Iberostar and RCI have such similar commitments to quality, value and progress, with the ultimate goal of providing our members with memorable lifestyle experiences as they discover the best destinations in the world,” stated Raul Ojeda, VP/Iberostar The Club. “That is why partnering with RCI and having access to all of the resources that come with such an affiliation was an easy and practical decision for us. We are very excited by the current and future prospects this relationship brings.”
“The addition of Iberostar The Club adds even more impressive vacation options to our ever-expanding portfolio in Mexico and the Caribbean,” said Gordon Gurnik, president of RCI. “This is just the latest example of our commitment to continuously provide choice, quality and flexibility to the owners at our affiliated resorts.”
Two of the nine Iberostar The Club resorts are exclusive to The Registry Collection, RCI’s luxury exchange program. These additions include Iberostar Grand Hotel Bávaro in the Dominican Republic and Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraíso in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.
