Hyatt Launches Taste Of Hyatt F&B Program

CHICAGO, IL–Hyatt Hotels Corp. has unveiled a new brand-wide focus for its culinary efforts.

The updated approach calls for food and beverage at Hyatt hotels worldwide to be more culturally and locally authentic.

According to vp Susan Santiago, Hyatt chefs have begun placing more emphasis on sourcing ingredients and products from local purveyors and artisans for another reason as well. Such efforts dovetail with the companys larger goals of conducting its business in an environmentally sustainable way.
