ATLANTA—Hunter Hotel Advisors represented an investment group in the sale of the Courtyard Atlanta Airport West. A national private equity group purchased the Marriott-branded hotel.
“The investors were attracted to the hotel’s irreplaceable location next to the world’s busiest airport and convenient to downtown Atlanta,” said Teague Hunter, president of Hunter Hotel Advisors. “Atlanta continues to be one of the nation’s top growth markets.”
The new owners plan to renovate the 128-room hotel, built in 2008, to meet the new Courtyard brand standards.
Hunter’s national brokerage offices specialize in full- and select-service hotels, including portfolios and individual assets for clients ranging from REITs and investment banks to regional hotel owners.
